These terms apply to any project undertaken with TCG Solution. Specific terms for a given project (scope, price, timeline) are agreed in writing before work begins and take precedence over this general page where they differ.
Every project starts with an agreed scope covering what will be delivered, the timeline, and the price. Work outside that scope is treated as a separate request and quoted separately, rather than assumed to be included.
A reasonable number of revisions are included as part of the agreed scope. Requests that go beyond the original brief are scoped and priced as additional work.
Smaller projects are fixed-price, paid upfront. Larger projects are typically split into milestones — a deposit to begin work, and the remaining balance on delivery. Payment method (bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, or similar) is agreed before work starts.
Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice, typically 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Work may be paused if a milestone payment is significantly overdue, and delivery timelines are extended accordingly. Repeated late payment may result in additional terms for future work.
Deposits secure project time and are generally non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled before work begins, any deposit paid is refunded in full. If cancelled mid-project, the client is billed for work completed up to that point, with any remaining balance of prepaid funds refunded.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered code and assets transfers to the client. Any pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, or components used to build it — including internally developed utilities — remain the property of TCG Solution and are licensed to the client for use as part of the delivered work.
Projects may rely on third-party services, APIs, or licensed software (hosting providers, AI/LLM APIs, automation platforms, paid libraries, etc.). Costs and terms for these are the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the project quote, and continued use after delivery depends on the client maintaining any required accounts or subscriptions.
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, access to necessary accounts or systems, and any content or materials needed to complete the project. Delays caused by missing input, approvals, or access from the client's side may extend the agreed timeline accordingly.
Timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and assume reasonably prompt client feedback. Delays caused by scope changes, late feedback, or factors outside TCG Solution's control (third-party outages, missing credentials, etc.) may shift the delivery date, and will be communicated as soon as they're identified.
A fixed window of post-launch fixes is included with every delivery, as agreed at the start of the project. Support beyond that window is available separately.
Project details shared during the engagement are treated as confidential. A signed NDA can be provided before detailed discussions if required.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. On termination, the client pays for work completed to date, and any deliverables finished and paid for are handed over.
Work is delivered to the standard agreed in the project scope. TCG Solution is not responsible for business outcomes (revenue, growth, conversions) that depend on factors outside the delivered work itself.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a specific project agreement states otherwise. For international clients, project-specific contracts may reference the client's local jurisdiction where mutually agreed in writing before work begins.
