This policy explains what happens to information you share with TCG Solution through this website or by email.
When you use the project inquiry form or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share: your name, business email, company name, website/product URL (if provided), what you're looking to build, budget and timeline, and your project details. When you submit the project inquiry form, we also automatically record your IP address and browser/device information (user agent), which are used only for spam and abuse prevention (for example, detecting unusually frequent submissions). Project inquiries submitted through the website may be stored securely for the purpose of responding to inquiries, managing projects, and maintaining business records. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies or analytics scripts.
Information you send is used only to respond to your inquiry, keep track of the status of your inquiry internally, and, if a project moves forward, to deliver and support that work. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may process basic connection data (such as IP address) as part of serving those files. Project inquiries are stored using Supabase (database hosting) and sent by email through a dedicated Gmail sending account (transactional email delivery); both process the information you submit solely to provide those services to us. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used on this site at this time.
If a project involves access to a client's systems, accounts, or data (for example, an API key, database, or admin panel), that access is used solely to complete the agreed work and is not retained, copied, or reused beyond the engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Inquiry and project-related emails are kept as long as needed for ongoing work and basic business records, then deleted on request.
Visitors and clients may be located anywhere in the world, including the EU/EEA and California. We aim to handle personal information reasonably and to honor access and deletion requests regardless of location; a full regional compliance review (GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws) is planned before any formal international commercial launch.
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time.
TCG Solution is operated as a registered business based in India. Formal registration details are available on request for clients who require them for contracting purposes.
